The only thing preventing this from being 1 star is that all the items I ordered were in the bag. I laughed about this later,... but I didn't think I could be this unhappy with lettuce? It was perfectly flat. No crunch it stick to the roof of my mouth. Likebiting a wet paper bag. The beef was undercooked. Fries OK. Alright, at least I got a nice chocolate chip cookie to save theday... Well I'll be damned that was also undercooked. I hope I don't get sick after writing this. Do better ya'll Read more

Nice clean establishment, but good luck ordering a baked potato, they are always out of them, I have been to Wendy's in... Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey and other places this is the only location that is always out of baked potatoe's I have beenhere about 18 times and they were out of potatoes 11 times, I thought the potato's we're a important part of their menuaccording to the Wendy's commercials, maybe they do not want to order to many because of overstock loss of money, but you alsoaquire financial loss with a downsized menu ( update) ordered potatoes on 10-12-22 and yes they have them, good job Wendy's Read more
Gave my order, went to pay and cashier would not accept a hundred dollar bill, that's all I had. I said it was sad that you... can't accept American money, and left. They won't see any of my money anymore. Shame on Wendy's!!! Read more

So normal I don?t complain. But my bacon cheese fries came with burnt bacon. Yeap they?re not cheap. So I call after I get... home miles always with gas prices high. And young man was very kind and said so sorry mam if you come back will replace them foryou. I had to tell him no. Just please don?t do that to another person.
