We ordered our pizza, bread sticks and boneless wings for 5pm, it never came till 6pm and when it did come everything was cold... and bread sticks were burnt. I spent 38 dollars and change for that kind of pizza. IT WILL BE A LONG TIME BEFORE I ORDER FROMTHEM AGAIN!!!!!! Read more
If there was an option for 0 or negative stars, it wouldn't even suffice for the horrible service at this location! Placed an... online order from the app which said our order would be ready in 18-20min. Arrived at the store to pick up our order within15min, but waited an additional 40 minutes until it was ready. Watched the pizzas come out of the oven & be boxed & sit theregetting cold while the rest of the order was getting processed for the entire 40 minutes. Not only did they screw up the order &missed several items, when we called back to get credit for said missed & screwed up items, we were met with a rude & ignorantmanager who advised us to call corporate instead of working to rectify the situation & owning their screw-up! Totallyunprofessional & unorganized store! Multiple employees just standing around watching one guy fill orders while several customerswaited. Highly do not recommend visiting this location! Haven't eaten Pizza Hut pizza in quite some time. We placed our order online and went to pick it up. Got there at the... designated time and watched them put it in the oven and then had to wait on it to get done. We enjoy eating a super supreme pan pizza from time to time. The pizza here is normally good. The service was quick, taking our... order promptly. Pizza Hut is still recovering from the pandemic with staffing issues and cut backs on their menu. They are notback to the good old days with salad and pizza bar, but their pizzas and wings are great. We were traveling from Virginia back to Rochester, NY and stopped at this Pizza Hit. We were very disappointed because we asked... for the hand toss pizza and they gave us thin crust instead and the crust was kind of hard and not so flavorful. But because wewere traveling we didn't have time to take the pizzas back in remind you we ordered two pizzas. I was very disappointed and nexttime heading to Virginia which we do quite often I'm going to have to bypass Pizza Hut next time. Read more
