The owner came out and talked to us! It was very nice! The food was great! The service was good too!
I called in advance and scheduled a reservation. They seated us and it took 20 minutes to get a menu. They finally came back for... order. We ordered a appetizer and 6 meals. After another 30 min, they delivered our appetizer. It was cold. We then waitedanother 30 min with no meals. We asked when it would be ready and they could not tell us. Just passing through and this was the only restaurant open on a Sunday within walking distance of my hotel that wasn't fast... food. Just had the best Chopped Sirloin I've ever had. Cooked perfectly. Not burned but thoroughly. The service was exceptionaland the atmosphere is TEXAS. Read more
I was driving through here on my way back to California (my hometown) and decided to eat here with my family. Let me be the... first to say this place is terrible, a lady who I assume is the manger was drinking and yelling at her waitresses. My childordered chicken strips which were overly expensive and they were smaller than his 9 year old fingers and came with only 3pieces. That is an embarrassment. They pride themselves off of their stake but it wasn't even a descents one. Everything isbigger in texas as they say, but my steak was the size of a hamburger patty from McDonald's, you're paying more for less andless would not be a problem if it was not for the bad taste. Another thing is no matter how much you make, remember you did notdo it yourself, yelling and disrespecting your waitresses shows your true colors. They are helping you.
