Nice small town country feel & definitely recommended by locals. Word of mouth is a business success. We was staying the night... in town and came here to eat & boy howdy did we!! I have catfish dinner-perfect, wife had Onion Cheeseburger-perfect and somehad chicken strips-perfect!! It was clean and felt rustic and the back enclosed deck gave some awesome views of sunset. Servicewas wonderful and ladies was so polite and helpful. Definitely recommend if staying in town or passing through to stop and fillthe belly cause they FEED you!! Portions was big! Read more
We had to turn around and ended up in this parking lot. Let's eat. Laid back atmosphere and friendly staff. They had great sweet... Tea. Ordered fried mushrooms-perfectly fried. Fried Catfish, grilled catfish, corn dogs, and chicken friend steak...don't judgewe are traveling and hadn't eaten all day. Everything was amazing. Homemade ranch. The service was very friendly. The bathrooms were clean. I ordered the chicken fried steak with potato and a side salad. It was... delicious! My husband ordered a steak medium rare and it came out medium to medium well and it was bland. This is the reason for4 stars instead of 5. If you are on Hwy 40 and looking for a decent meal, I suggest it. The views are really pretty from theback dining area. Read more
We had a large group with five different tables. Sat in the back room that has a great view of the valley. The meals came out in... order and everything was correct. Very awesome waitstaff that kept our glasses full. My table had 3 6 Oz sirloin and acheeseburger. And 3 cowboy brownies to go. @ $85 with tip. Read more
We were visiting Shamrock for a quick trip. We decided to eat here because not much else was open. The lady that waited on us... was very nice and helpful. We sat out in their sunroom. It was so nice to look at the view behind their restaurant. The foodwas good. My youngest had a grilled cheese, he enjoyed it. My oldest son had a chef salad. He said it was great. My husbandhad a cheeseburger and enjoyed it. I had the steak trimmings. This was cubes of marinated steaks with peppers and onionsserved on a bed of rice. It was really good. Read more
Shamrock became our stop point for the night and we came here for dinner. So so glad we did!!! The staff and other patrons are... some of the nicest people we have come across. The food? Outstanding. Plentiful and delicious. If you find yourself in thearea, be sure to stop!! Read more
We had some amazing food here. Not many choices in shamrock, but this is a gem. We ate there twice and were very pleased with... our meals. Definitely order the canyon special (chicken fried steak) I generally dont finish a full meal, but I demolished myfood and qas completely satisfied. If you are ever in shamrock dont miss this place.
