I eat here several times a week. The staff is super friendly, efficient, and the place is kept very clean. The crew as a whole... takes pride in their work and it shows. Grossly unprepared for the weekend before Christmas. Understaffed and had not stocked, so one of the 2 employees had to... continuously stop to run to the back for supplies. Out of flat bread & only had while she was making our food informed me theyonly had 1/2 of the turkey needed for my wrap. She asked if they could substitute extra bacon at no additional charge. I agreed.The total seemed a little high. Sure enough they charged me for the extra bacon. Double check your order and check your receipt. Read more

Manager of this building should be ashamed. Everything is broken. The fountain pop machine was leaking onto the floor like crazy... and they had two bath towels trying to soak it up. The lock on my ladies bathroom stall didn't work because it was so flimsy andbroken. Stalls were disgusting. Before I realized those issues my husband and I placed an order at Subway. Kid didn't know whatwas going on, I have never waited so long to get a sandwich. They we're "out" of three different items on their menu. Read more

Came off of the road (Eastbound I-44) later than expected, took Exit 163 for lodging, food, and gas. The guys at Subway were... nice enough to serve me the last two veggie patties they had even though they had actually just started closing. We reallyappreciate it & that was very nice you. The subs were great! Definitely recommend this Subway for tasty subs! Read more

Very unprofessional staff with poor hygiene practices. The staff were not attentive to customers. There was only one person... ahead of us in line, and it took us 15-20 minutes to get two wraps made. The employees were very engaged in personalconversation amongst themselves, which included negative opinions about their coworkers. Neither of the girls washed their handsafter rubbing their eyes and handling money or before putting on their gloves. Flies were landing on our food while it was beingmade and the employees did not cover the food containers with lids after using them. Everything seemed to take an abnormalamount of time and the line was getting long. Customers were obviously frustrated, including us, and we were trying our best tobe patient and understanding. It seems the employees need more training and management oversight. Read more

Went there today 5/31/18, there were 2 workers the female had an attitude about someone calling in to work. They were out of... many items such as cheese and veggies including bread (only wheat available) Was very unpleasant atmosphere, we really wanted towalk out but since we had already started having sandwiches made we stayed. Will never make this stop again. Read more

This should be 0 but I ate here so I'll leave it here. While getting situated the male employee informed us that the seating was... "for subway customers only." I should have left then, but we were waiting for my mom to order. The sandwiches were ok, but wepaid for a full soup and only got half. The new female employee that appeared to be in training was alright. If you want thebasics that subway has to offer and some shotty customer service, then this is the place for you. Read more
