We came for a weekend . The staff were very friendly and helpful . The room was clean and the place is pet friendly . But we... were disappointed about a few things : - the toilet was not working so that had to be fixed first thing ( and it was ). - thesink in the bathroom was draining very slowly and though it was attended to , there was not much improvement . There were also acouple of spiders in the bathroom - TV remote did not work so we did not watch any TV . - the most surprising thing was that onthe check out day ( Sunday ) no one was at the reception ( it’s actually a bar ) . The breakfast was a poor choice rather thana continental breakfast ( which indeed was served the previous day ) . Don’t know if on Sundays the staff is supposed to be onleave … but it indeed was strange for us and the other guests to find no one to talk to . Since we had already paid for thestay in advance and no keys to return ( they have individual keypad locks on each room), we just left .. as did otherguests. Don’t think we are coming here again . I stayed here for a wedding over the weekend. Directions instructed check-in was 3PM-10PM. I arrived at 830PM and everything... was closed. When I finally got WiFi service and got ahold of an employee, she instructed I had an envelope taped to a door. Iwish I had that instruction before driving 4 hours. The room was dusty, the shower creates a flood after every use (triedeverything to stop this) and I requested more towels and received no response. It wasn't a nightmare, but I will not return. Look elsewhere! Booked for 2 nights. After my partner and I checked in, we did not stay long in the room as we had an event to... attend. We arrived back at around midnight, that's where the conditions of the room were revealed. The AC was moldy (and did notwork), the room was extremely hot at night, the bed sheets were stained, the walls were caked in dust (in addition to theceiling light), and there were spiders everywhere, even in the bed sheets! We barely slept through the night and were greatlydisappointed with the conditions of the room. We scrambled to find new lodging the next day. Contacted the manager multipletimes, she has yet to respond accordingly. The only positives I can say is that the employees (especially the gentlemen whomakes the bagels in the morning) were respectful and friendly. If you are a tech savvy individual, I highly encourage gettingan Airbnb if you are staying in the area! Read more

Perfect for weekend stay! Staff was very nice and accommodating, breakfast was delicious. Yummy bagels, strong coffee! :) Room... and pool was beautifully clean. Only down side is rooms close together, thin walls. Read more
