We came for a weekend . The staff were very friendly and helpful . The room was clean and the place is pet friendly . But we... were disappointed about a few things : - the toilet was not working so that had to be fixed first thing ( and it was ). - thesink in the bathroom was draining very slowly and though it was attended to , there was not much improvement . There were also acouple of spiders in the bathroom - TV remote did not work so we did not watch any TV . - the most surprising thing was that onthe check out day ( Sunday ) no one was at the reception ( it’s actually a bar ) . The breakfast was a poor choice rather thana continental breakfast ( which indeed was served the previous day ) . Don’t know if on Sundays the staff is supposed to be onleave … but it indeed was strange for us and the other guests to find no one to talk to . Since we had already paid for thestay in advance and no keys to return ( they have individual keypad locks on each room), we just left .. as did otherguests. Don’t think we are coming here again . I stayed here for a wedding over the weekend. Directions instructed check-in was 3PM-10PM. I arrived at 830PM and everything... was closed. When I finally got WiFi service and got ahold of an employee, she instructed I had an envelope taped to a door. Iwish I had that instruction before driving 4 hours. The room was dusty, the shower creates a flood after every use (triedeverything to stop this) and I requested more towels and received no response. It wasn't a nightmare, but I will not return. Look elsewhere! Booked for 2 nights. After my partner and I checked in, we did not stay long in the room as we had an event to... attend. We arrived back at around midnight, that's where the conditions of the room were revealed. The AC was moldy (and did notwork), the room was extremely hot at night, the bed sheets were stained, the walls were caked in dust (in addition to theceiling light), and there were spiders everywhere, even in the bed sheets! We barely slept through the night and were greatlydisappointed with the conditions of the room. We scrambled to find new lodging the next day. Contacted the manager multipletimes, she has yet to respond accordingly. The only positives I can say is that the employees (especially the gentlemen whomakes the bagels in the morning) were respectful and friendly. If you are a tech savvy individual, I highly encourage gettingan Airbnb if you are staying in the area! Read more

Clean room, comfortable bed, and our room had a mini refrigerator. Otherwise a little basic for the price we paid midweek. I... guess there's more available on the weekend. Read more

We stayed in this place for 3 days and 2 nights we have nothing but good things to say the place is well kept the pool is clean... and beautiful our room is small but we chose a cheaper option and they have a lot to choose from lol our room is very clean. Westart our day with the guy is the bar a young kid he is very friendly polite and accommodating. We order burger and potstickerits sooo good the bun is a little stale but the beef patty is great. We did a little hike behind the hotel and it was fun. Thehouse manager name James is very accommodating and friendly, we did weekdays so its pretty quiet he put up a nice bonfire forus, I thought that was very nice of him. No breakfast is provided during weekday although we got a goody bag in our room withsome muffin and orange juice box. Overall it was a fun and money well Spent getaway. Read more

This was our first visit to the Catskills and we were unfamiliar with the area. Cell phone coverage is somewhat spotty. I... selected the Catskill Season Inn based on the wonderful Google reviews. Here are my observations from our visit. We arrived atthe property but it was unclear where to go to check in. We went inside but could not locate any reservation desk instead wewere checked in at the bar. The innkeeper that greeted us was very nice and set our expectations. The front desk does notoperate twenty four hours per day and the bar hours are based upon activity. The property spans two buildings. It is comprisedof a quaint inn and a chalet ski lodge type of building nearly one hundred yards away. There are rooms available for rent ineach building. The swimming pool and bar are located at the inn. Parking lots and driveways are a mix of gravel and dirt. Ourovernight stay was in Room #10 which is within the chalet building. The room was clean but lacked comfortable furniture, a roomphone and the Spectrum Cable TV was not working. The campus Wi-Fi worked well. The room is equipped with a wood fireplace, amodern in room jacuzzi, a complete kitchen and fire alarm. The bathroom lacks bath towel racks so the towels are stored beneatheach of the two nightstands. There are no luggage trays in the room or suitable surfaces to lay your luggage on. We ended upusing the bed. The floor became gritty from tracking the driveway material stuck to the base of our shoes into the room. Thereare door mats but they did not remove all of the debris from our shoes. The floor has a solid surface and there is nocarpeting. It was a bit unsettling as we were one of only two parties staying at the chalet building. The door lock is anelectronic combination push button device. I feel that the property is somewhat dated but it is good value for short stays. Read more
