Kind staff even with rush. Food ready fast and well done too
Today, the service was erratic, two coffees,one hot sleeve, two donuts, one wrapped with tissue, one not..coffee good,coffee... hot. Consistent erratic service with donuts sometime stale, sometimes fresh tasting. Needs consistency across the board and morelike myself who hold a given standard to whether I'm loyal to this location. They would need to makes the Rims larger to hold more staff for the morning and lunch rushes. A lot of people from base stop... there to eat and it's easy to wait 30 mins in the drive through to get a coffee. Maybe a coffee. Only line for people that justwant that so your not waiting behind someone who ordered 12 sandwiches. Read more

Long wait for food. A group of teenagers were being loud and carrying a Bluetooth speaker in the dining area and bathroom.... Employees seemed to be friends of this group and were constantly yelling jokes across the store. Read more
I've been going here for a while now. And although the service is very professional and good I've never in my life waiting so... long in a tim hortons for my morning bagel. On several occasions I waited more then 10 minutes only to be handed cold bagels. Read more
this is the slowest tim hortons i've ever been to. the coffee is always burnt. i'd rather drive to val belair. terrible. also i... took my girlfriend to apply for a job. no customers in the store and tried to hand in a resume. the girl said one minute i'll beright back and never returned. we waited for 15 minutes then left Read more
When you manage to wait an hour in the drive trough, the food is ok. Maybe have some competitive salaries instead of... overstressing a 16 years old kid. Read more
