Excellent chip truck just off highway 7 near Sharbot Lake. The front of the chip truck faces away from the highway, so you need... to turn into the driveway to see it. Food items are typical of a food truck, but portions for the price are amazing. We had afamily fries and it was massive!! Definitely would recommend stopping if your passing thru Sharbot Lake. Hands down the worst experience looking / choosing somewhere to eat for dinner in an area that only had 3 choices to begin... with!!!! Menu hand printed in a messy uneven style . Two employees presented as unwashed and unkept - one employee wiped hisnose on his arm upon arrival. Their debit machine was down, they were out of fish for fish and chips and they were out ofchicken fingers! Chip truck itself was unkept and presented quite dirty! Could hardly find chip truck itself as there was nosignage from road to speak of and chip truck wasn?t visible from road . We tried this place out as the reviews on line were allgood but we now know that locals or the owners friends must have written them!!! Needless to say we couldn?t bring ourselves toeat here !!! I have eaten everything on the menu This is the BEST place never been disappointed The food is delicious and the prices are... great The staff are very friendly and courteous The fish and chips have a thin coat of batter which is amazing not greasy Theburgers are also amazing they are always freshly cooked and the buns are delicious .The French fries are the best. The kind of poutine you'd expect in Montreal - Absolutely legitimate, good amount of curds and gravy, great fries. What a great... find in Sharbot Lake! The Frontenac burger was delicious, and the bun was outstanding. Several picnic tables in the shade tosit on if you want to eat on-site. A wide selection of free sauces and toppings. Read more
