I don't understand the good reviews. To start, this place is not "real Chinese" like other reviews suggest, not even close. I... lived in LA and ate real Asian cuisine, so I have real baseline. They don't know how to make Szechuan Chicken. They deep fry itwith no sauce, barely any spice and they add broccoli. Not one component represents Szechuan. Last, they ignored my requestsfor wood ear mushroom and bamboo. I won't go back. Mr. Chef and Bamboo Cafe are much better. For the restaurant, I suggestyou add better descriptions on your door dash menu. I wouldn't have ordered this dish and we could have avoided a poor review. Read more
