Love, LOVE the Haitian Sensation. We, personally, know the chef / owner Joseph Altenor. His creations are delicious (so is the... coffee), but his heart is even bigger. I am new to Haitian cuisine and this meal was absolutely delicious. The chef himself asked us questions about how to prepare it... to our taste and it was all very enjoyable. It was also nice to know that purchases there assist those in Haiti who strugglewith natural disasters and other challenges. If you're in the area, I highly recommend it. Read more
