NEVER GO HERE! Dunkin's worst establishment..EVER. I cannot stress the negative impact this store has left me. A total waste of... your time and money. The service girls are literally clueless with giving any reasonable amount of "good" service. I made myorder clear and well known at the speaker, yet I still had to explain it "to them" SIX MORE TIMES.." AND...yet they still got itwrong, oh so very wrong and the worst part is ..there was only 2 items! No special orders.. nothing over the top... just a Trainwreck of an experience. Whomever though these girls could be left in charge of a food business and assumed to make responsibleand cognitive decisions was clearly mistaken. I seen and heard all the confusion in that kitchen through the drive-thru window Iwas tempted to just drive off, but I exclaimed...REPEATEDLY..."if you don't know how to make my order...just give me a icecoffee.." They finally said "NO... we can do it" Um..how hard is it to make a ice latté and a breakfast sandwich(which wasbarely cooked,Like cold and UNTOASTED?...now come on Really!? I have had nothing but good experiences at this particular Dunkin' Donuts. The staff are friendly and polite, the pumpkin donut... was fresh and delicious...all the trays of donuts were full with fresh donuts around 10:30 am...and the cold brew foamed pumpkincoffee...the best! ...and I got it with skim milk, sugar and foam....they made it just right! By far, the BEST Dunkin Donutsaround...just like the olden days of Dunkin Donuts...when everything was fresh and had overall polite service! I will be back!! Read more
I have been on multiple occasions and the service is not good quality for franchise so big. I had an issue on Tuesday and when I... went to call the number listed for it was no longer in service. I proceeded to call corporate and that service was just as badas their drive-through service. So the company really needs to rethink the direction they're going in in stores and corporateoffices as well. I will be disabling the Duncan app as soon as my balance is used up. Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I stated multiple items on the menu which the cashier should have known???1 Boston Cream, 2 Chocolate... Frosted, 1 Cinnamon Raisin toasted twice forgetting my hash browns because I have stated my order 3 to 4 times and they stillmessed it up!!!!!! Horrible. Whoever the new workers are in there.. just horrible. Had to remake my drink and still got it wrong the second time.... They took wayyy too long even making the drink. I go to Dunkin? everyday and have never waited this long. I also orderedassorted donuts, didn?t get assorted. She ended up telling me after I paid that they didn?t have any assorted left. Awarding one star to this location is incredibly generous but it?s the lowest rating google allows. I am continually impressed... the way they continue to lower a bar the bar for customer service when it is already on the ground. Incredibly rude staff and myorder is always incorrect. If I have enough time I will drive far out of my way from work to go literally anywhere else. Read more
They hired my younger sister and had her work 9 hours before she was even in the system. They owe her money and they are ... ghosting the attempts to get it. They said go on the website it doesn't let you click next basically. They keep throwing her fora loop and I'm on the verge of going in there in person and making a scene. Not only that they did a world record bang-up job ona very simple order and I told the guy he got it wrong and he handed the incorrect order to me and closed the window as to saythat's what you get. Wanted to say something but my sister worked there at the time and I didn't want to make it harder on her.I know 9 hours doesn't sound like a lot but it is when they treat someone like complete garbage. It's the principle of thematter 9 hours or 15 minutes give the money that is owed and that's that. Can't even call the number I'm going to go there inperson and chew them out and still not get what they owe my sister. They are a crooked there. If I could give this location ZERO STARS I would! I am digusted right now!!! I stopped coming here years ago, but stopped there... today in a pinch. BIG MISTAKE!! I ordered a Lg. Pumpkin Spice with cream only. What I got was a Lg. Warm cup of MUDDY WATER!!So, here I sit, out of my $2.85 & NO COFFEE!!! I am not wasting gas to go back, but I am so angry right now.
