I work in the food industry. So I want to preface this by saying that I understand staffing shortages but this wasn't that. I... stood at the counter waiting to order. I had a few questions so the kiosk would've been fine if I could even ask a question butnobody addressed me. I?ve been going to this location for a while now. Ordered through their mobile app for curbside and by the time my food came out... a girl named Rosie came out and lectured me for being in the wrong spot. Went to go double check the app just to make sure. Andyet I was in the right spot. Started looking through my order when I noticed my frappe wasn?t right. I ordered a large and theygave me a medium. So I went back through The drive thru to get things fix and who else other than Rosie is at the window. Sheonce again lectures me that I?m in the wrong even though I know I ordered a large and then she tries to pull a quick one on meto charge me more!
