I work in the food industry. So I want to preface this by saying that I understand staffing shortages but this wasn't that. I... stood at the counter waiting to order. I had a few questions so the kiosk would've been fine if I could even ask a question butnobody addressed me. Not one person even said "give me a minute" or "I'll be right with you", instead I was ignored. Worstpart? There was a manager that looked at me several times. Never again. Read more

I?ve been going to this location for a while now. Ordered through their mobile app for curbside and by the time my food came out... a girl named Rosie came out and lectured me for being in the wrong spot. Went to go double check the app just to make sure. Andyet I was in the right spot. Started looking through my order when I noticed my frappe wasn?t right. I ordered a large and theygave me a medium. So I went back through The drive thru to get things fix and who else other than Rosie is at the window. Sheonce again lectures me that I?m in the wrong even though I know I ordered a large and then she tries to pull a quick one on meto charge me more! It is so bad, I want to give them a 0 but that?s not possible so I will give them a 1. These people have been rude to my nephew,... who?s a teen, countless of times for no reason! Not only have they been rude but they?re also extremely racist towards him. Welive near the McDonalds so we go often and today I went through the drive through and I ordered a simple meal for him. I askedthe lady at the drive through for ketchup and the lady responded rudely that they don?t have any so I asked for buffalo sauceand she said they were out of that too. I told her to give me whatever sauce they had and what do you know, she gave me ketchup!She then slammed the door so hard I seriously thought it might break. Worst customer service ever. Do not come to this location. I just received my food 20 minutes after my order was placed. Door... Dash and a lady after me got their orders first. I asked a girl up front if they knew how much longer because I'd waited closeto 20 minutes by that point. She said, I don't know, and walked away. I asked if there was somebody who could tell me. Themanager, I'm assuming, walked up and said I was in the kitchen. No smile, no friendliness from either. I explained I'd beenwaiting for 20 minutes. She said, you want a refund? I told her that I just wanted the status of my order. She walked away. Iasked for ketchup, because the lobby was out. Nobody answered me. I've only ever received poor service from this location.
