Got my order for well done fries perfect. Burgers that I ordered were a different story. My double had 2 black bricks that were... supposed to be hamburger patties. Ridiculous. Person at the window did not even speak, other than to tell me my total. Thislocation used to be one of the better locations. Read more
It was okay, burger was okay Update, had a Dave's Double. And the fries were really good. Service was so fast.
Workers are rude, you always get cold/old fries, and they charge you for items you didn't want. Was charged for drinks with our... meal when we asked for no drinks. They also give you the wrong items purely out of convenience. Would recommend driving to anicer Wendy's even out of inconvenience. Read more
This absolutely the last time I will ever go to this location. The staff is mean, and rude all the time. I asked for a receipt... and they said I would have to wait 15 minutes....I would be worried if I owed a place and my MANAGER could not give a customer areceipt. My food bags were a mess, no silverware....NEVER AGAIN. Read more

This is probably the worst Wendy?s in greater Cincinnati. The last straw was stopping by to try their new peppermint Frosty,... waiting 15 minutes to order, and finding out they?re out of peppermint. With all the better fast food around, we won?t waste ourtime here again. Read more
