Great food, friendly staff and good prices! Recently took our scout troop to Crater Lake NP for their Summer Camp. We had a one... night stay at Shasta Lake before finishing the drive. It was getting late so, at a gas stop I happened to find Pizza Factory,placed an order online and then called them to let them know we were a group of 23 planning to dine in. They thanked us for theheads up and said our food would be ready when we go there. Arrived, got the kids seated, ordered drinks and within a couple ofminutes the pizzas came out. Now, I am not a huge pizza fan but let me tell you, this was some really, really good pizza! The pizza is amazing! We go on a regular basis. Extremely dissatisfied this time. We ordered thin crust and our pizza was made... with thick. (There is a reason we order thin crust!). Their response to the error was that they could remake it. We did not wantto wait another 35/40 minutes. So we picked it apart to eat it. We are disappointed they didn?t offer a discount or something assimple as a coupon for next time. What a bummer tonight at our favorite place to eat pizza. Read more

We really enjoy the community atmosphere. Our local Pizza Factory continues to support our schools and youth organizations above... and beyond any other local organization. This speaks volumes to their dedication to our kids and city. The staff is alwaysfriendly and happy to see you, even on the nights they are swamped! The salad bar is always stocked and clean. The sandwichesare never soggy, and the pizza is always hot. We like to special order our pizza?s as we have a few picky eaters, and theyhappily accommodate the requests and take extra steps to ensure they are made correctly. I highly recommend! Read more

I would have to say no complaints here. The service was really friendly very welcoming, the food was amazing I loved it they... have an arcade room for the kids very clean they are on top of it. I don't live close by but I would go out of my way to driveand eat there again thank you for the amazing food and service. Read more
