Got the wrong burger. Ordered a single deluxe cheeseburger with bacon and no onions. Wanted all the toppings except for onions.... Got a double bacon cheeseburger with just mustard! Why order the deluxe just to get a plain double bacon cheeseburger withmustard and onions. Not the first time they messed up on my burger either. Read more
came here and wanted to know if they did vanilla shakes with whole strawberries. i asked the worker if they had vanilla shakes... with strawberries. the worker responded in a very rude and condescending tone, ?yeah, those are strawberry shakes ????? not whati meant and wasn?t interested in asking again. felt that was very rude as i could hear the scoff and feel the eye roll behindthe mic. Food is, always fresh and delicious! Staff work their butts off and always kind.Shortly after the grand opening they stayed busy... so at times it was a long wait but staff handed us a free ice cream coupon and said thank you for waiting! Great service and the kids always behave. The night manager took care of us from checkout to delivery to our table and then came... back around to check in. The facility is always clean and the experience of course is great. Read more
