Bad customer service. Went to the store, ordered my pizza and appetizer. The cashier told me it would take only 12 minutes so I... decided to wait with my small children in the car. My husband goes back in 12 minutes later to get our order. He goes to thecounter to purchase garlic butter and a female employee was confused. My husband said he had already put in his order in and itshould be done soon. Then she went back to find our order only to realize NO ONE STARTED IT YET!!!! They reply with, " Sorry, wegot busy." So we decided to get our money refunded and go to Papa Murphy's instead! Read more

Wow! I ordered with a live person over the phone. She was nice enough but I had to repeat everything 3-4 tines. It took like... 20 mins to complete my order. I only ordered pasta and a pizza. No extras, desserts or soda. I'm hoping she's just new and needsmore experience. Just a little advice....calm down and breathe. You got this. Good Luck! Read more
Service at the Shawano location Saturday was absolutely awful. We ordered a pizza at 5:14 we have ordered pizzas from there... before from my dads house. They called back minutes later because they wrote down the card number wrong. Not a big deal. I wastold my order would be delivered in 20 minutes. After about an hour I called and asked where my pizza was. The young man told methat the order was canceled because we were out of the service area. But then proceeded to tell me it would be there any minute.I asked him how long I should give before I call back he said it?ll be there any minute but for sure within 10 minutes. I waited20 minutes and still no pizza. I called and they said they cancelled my order. Why did the young man lie and tell me my pizzawas in its way. Call and be honest and tell me you changed your service area and tell me my pizza can be ready for pick up.Don?t just leave me hanging twice. You deliver to the Reservation line why can?t you deliver to my dads farm which is south ofthe reservation at least call to say your not coming out. We ordered delivery and it was cold and incorrectly made when we finally got it an hour and a half after we ordered! It was not... even edible as the grease settled into the bottom of the boxes, the cheese had become hard, and there wasn?t even sauce on myparmesan garlic wings. We called the store to express our disappointment and we were pretty much told to deal with it. Theperson I spoke with was mean and very rude as well!
