Was shown to a table on a Sunday. After no service, no ordering drinks, no ordering food we walked out. One of the servers... would sit by the TV and watch the football game completely ignoring the group of 4 we had. Would not recommend. Read more

Luigi?s is a very nice, updated, modern, restaurant. Best dining option by far in the Shawano area. Menu offers many diverse... selections for both dinner and lunch. Large dining room plus a spacious Sports Bar for those that desire a great Vibe. Mostservers/Bartenders are friendly and do a great job.(The middle age Blonde server that has been there a long time is a very goodserver but is the least personable and friendly). Food offerings: 1. Pizzas are good. Toppings are high quality, fresh andtasty. Their house thin crust is just ok. Lacks flavor and is never crisp except on the outside pieces. Thankfully, the highquality toppings still make the pizza better than most you get. Their Seafood Alfredo Pasta entree is a ?Home Run?. Made toorder and as good as you will find. They offer some excellent Salmon features. Sea Blue salad a must have if you like shrimp.The Prime Rib(when available) is excellent. Roasted in house and very well seasoned! Stay away from the Walleye, until theyactually serve real Walleye. Burgers are not good. Poor quality, small(usually overcooked because too thin) and dry. People loveburgers. Serve great burgers or take them off the menu. They have several Hot sandwich selections that are quite good. Onlything that would make every one of them better is a higher quality bun, such as an artisan roll that would handle the heatbetter when baked. Yes, it would cost a little more, but would be well worth it. Desserts are made on premise and are unique andwell done. One thing that is disappointing are the breads served with dinners, salads etc. Breads in most Italian restaurantsare a highlight. None are homemade as you would hope. The house bread loaf is terrible and basically turns into a pile of crumbswhen you try to slice it. It?s the worst House bread we have ever been served anywhere. Excellent BBQ chicken pizza and Vegetarian pizza. Patio is great for large party. Nice servers and great response to all... requests. Would have been 5 stars BUT even though our party was totally pre ordered, and we came in 15 minutes early, we stillwaited over an hour for the food! Over 40 minutes for Beer! Read more

My children had the spaghetti and meatball, they said the meatball tasted good but the sauce tasted nasty. I had the fettuccine... Alfredo, the noodles tasted like they cooked them in olive oil and didn't rinse them, the chicken was undercooked. Tried tellingwaitstaff but said Manager said there was nothing wrong with my meal which I only had one bite of it. Will never take mychildren to eat there again! I paid for a meal that I didn't eat. Love this place because the food is always hot and delectable. My son loved his fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp. I'm addicted... to the baked spaghetti with meatball.
