Wedding Weekend! Staff at the hotel were not customer service friendly. The Bar staff were unprofessional and closed early on a... Saturday evening despite knowing 2 wedding parties were in the hotel. No worries because the restaurant staff will attempt tomake up the cost gap by overcharging you for a lame buffet from day to day! Oh yeah, the hot tub still is not fixed, go figure! Read more

Came here for a wedding and the set up was BEAUTIFUL!!! The staff worked very hard to ensure the wedding went smoothly and was... set up very nicely! They cleared everyone out after the ceremony to set up foe the dinner. The dinner was absolutely SUPERB!Fried chicken, mashed potatoes and grace, stuffing, buttered corn and coleslaw! The only thing was they brought the dishes outone at a time and there were a lot of tables to serve. So by the time our table got the next dish, the other dish had gotten abit cold. Read more

When we got there it smelled nasty like no one has cleaned. We got our room and they taxes too much. The waitress was very rude... at all the ladies and yelling at my family and made it seem like we were the bad people there for literally doing nothing. Read more

Tooks the kids for swimming. Not handy for lil ones w only ladders to get in n out of pool. Plus i was 38.5 wks preg. 3 ft was... shallow end? Otherwise rest seemed to be ok. Visited gma n grt gma in town. Read more
