Very outdated and rough location.
Had a lady make my husband & my subs. She was super disrespectful, told us she wouldn't make the meatball sub, complained out... loud about having to microwave a sub, threw the cheese on both subs, got mayo all over the wrapper and bread and didn't wipe itoff when we asked (so it wouldn't get everywhere), and then bagged the subs and threw them on the counter. I?m a professional subway reviewer and travel across the county to review subways, this subway was by FAR the best subway in the... entire midwest, got my sub on point, everything was extremely fresh and tastes spectacular did everything 100% correctly! Iwould like to give a special thank you and applaud, Seth, Ana, Julia, and Seth for being the absolute sweetest they all helpedme when the air in my tire was flat they immediately finished all customers and came to the scene to help me im consideringbuying a permanent resident in Shawano just after this service and how well the community is. This is the worst subway I've ever been to. I've been to it multiple times and literally everytime I order they manage to screw... up my sandwich, and if they don't, it's nearly guaranteed to come with bread that hasn't fully risen...the staff are entry levelhs workers who are rude and can't do their jobs. stay away from this one Read more
Food was good and service was good, but cashier charged wrong price for my meal. Had subway weekly deal on phone and she didn't... know how to do it so it ended up wrong for me and the person in front of me. Read more
The food is fresh, as you can see thru sneeze guard, which makes it so good. The veggies are crispy. Everything for the... customers satisfaction. Staff is amazingly friendly. Love this restaurant. Love the sandwiches because of the freshness. ???? Read more
