My brother has a severe dairy allergy and they changed their gloves to immediately smack their clean glove down on the... atrociously dirty line. My mom was just going to let it slide but I told the lady to change her gloves again. Food was good asusual. Chipotle is always tasty. But all the workers were just terrible like it was not good. On another instance that I've beento this location, I've seen workers brush food off of the dirty line back into the third pans. Nasty. Read more

This is the grossest Chipotle on the planet. Sticky floors, gross food, staff that can?t ever get online orders right. Do... yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. The McDonald?s across the street is probably better food, a cleaner storeand with more capable employees. Read more

The location got better but the service remains bad. DO NOT mobile order from this location. They will mess it up. It will be... late. They will small portion you. The quality control here is terrible. Do yourself a favor and just wait in line. The staffneeds you to hold their hand and watch them so you actually get what you want. If you don't hold their hand you are in for afrustrating surprise when you open your order. This location has a training and management problem. If I was the franchiseowner this would be a priority to fix asap. Then again, I have thought this for years..... so nothing is going changeunfortunately. Read more

Tried to go eat at 7:50 on a Friday night. The dining area was closed. Also, the new store literally has 3 or 4 parking spaces... for dine-in, everything else (4 plus spaces) is online pickup. Combine this with the food reviews and you're better of to drive500 yards east and go Twisted. Read more

This Chipotle location has some of the worst service I've ever experienced. I've had good experiences at other locations. I... mostly avoid this particular Chipotle, but nearly every time I do go there (it is often the most convenient or only option) Iregret it. My advice is to find a different location to go to. Most recently, I ended up leaving without my food when my pickuporder was more than 20 late (and I needed to urgently go somewhere else). I had been told when I arrived that it "was beingmade", which was obviously untrue. On a previous occasion I was the only customer in the store and was left standing at theregister still needing to pay. The person who gave me the food said that someone would come to do check-out. After 5 minutes ofhalf-heartedly "looking" for that other person and asking other employees if that person was on break, she finally logged intothe register so that I could pay. She could have helped me that entire time! Another time I picked up a bowl that had so muchsour cream that it was mostly inedible. There have been some other minor incidents as well, where I felt dissatisfied with thefood or service. Read more

Ordered a salad and burrito bowl online and they literally gave both my husband and I an ounce of meat, a lot of rice and I had... three pieces of lettuce on my ?salad?. We opened it at home and I thought it was a joke. Guess they think they can skimp onlineorders because we can?t verify it! They also forgot my salad dressing ???? Do not order online-rip off! We?ve ordered through the chipotlane twice and neither time has gone smoothly. The first time, the receipt on the bag listed the... correct items but realIzed items were missing once we got home. The second order wasn?t ready until 25 minutes after estimatedpick up time. They consistently have provided terrible service. Read more

My coworker and I regularly order from this location and unfortunately more often than not our order is not correct. Since... neither of us typically like to pull a Karen (even if we?re borderline Hangry) we normally just eat our food and go on about ourday. We ordered burrito bowls and picked up the order. After about 8 bites into both of our meals, we found this little critterhitching a ride with the steak in the bowl. While we do appreciate the extra protein gesture without the additional cost, we donot necessarily care for ROACHES added. While we do not feel this was intentional, it?s definitely something this location needsto take seriously. We returned the bowl (along with our new found friend) to the same location and let them know what was foundin our food, but they were speechless?. Literally, they offered no apology or resolution. Not that we will be eating thereanytime soon, but a simple apology would have sufficed. Just because you moved across the street doesn?t mean your cleanliness,customer service will improve and/or the roaches won?t follow. Read more
