Worst experience ever nobody was in the drive thru so I pull up and order a #5 spicy chicken sandwich combo with extra crispy... fries and a regular coke they tell me my total and I move up to the window I get to the window and they ask if I ordered a #4 Isaid no the spicy #5 with fries and a coke then they tell me the total again and I pay I get my receipt back and the oder I wascharged for reads how I ordered it but upon receiving my food I had a biscuit instead of fries a diet coke instead of regularand a non spicy chicken sandwich nothing given to me was correct so I tried to call and get a refund since no part of the orderwas correct to which the manager just hangs up on me multiple times then when I do finally talk to someone they try to tell methey made it correct and that I was wrong that I said biscuit instead of fries even though my receipt says fries it reallyseemed like none of the coworkers were communicating because while I was waiting for my food another employee approached me andasked me to pay for another order that wasn't mine because she wasn't aware I had already paid I'd give 0 stars if I could allaround terrible experience Read more
We were the only ones that walked in and NOT ONE person greeted us. Granted there were only 3 people working, but at least... acknowledge us. The counter was dirty because someone spilled something on the counter. They had absolutely no white meat, butwhat we did get was great. Read more
I only go here. If you wanna wait 20 minutes to get your food I ordered out of the drive-through. The guy told me to park... because they were waiting on fries. I literally sat in the parking lot for 10 minutes. No one came out I got back in thedrive-through, he said, what is your order? They didn't have the 1/2 barbque chicken, but it was on the menu board. They said they didn't have honey, honey mustard, or... butter. So we left with our food but got in the car and realized they didn't give us our teas. I went back in and stood therefor about 2 minutes while three people were in the kitchen talking. Finally a guy came over and said he just was making new tea.Which turned out to be a total lie, because me and my mom had to dump it our because it tasted like it had been sitting fordays. Read more
So I?m newly pregnant just fyi. Had a taste for a chicken fried steak meal. There machine and computers were down. Me and co... workers ordered my #6 a #2 and a wing drinks with our combos and extra drink s on the side with an apple pie. Only thing they got right was our drinks. After sitting in the drive thru for 30 minutes at the windows re explaining our order they still gotmyorder wrong. The only reason coworkers attend was because of me wanting that #6. Usually I love this place! Last night me and my husband went there for dinner and woke up with food poisoning! I know what food... positioning is because I have gotten my serve safe multiple times! This place charges an extra .70 cents if you choose rice as a side. They didn't have any breasts or wings in their entire store... yesterday. The rice was served half full and I had to go in to ask them to give me a fair portion of what I paid for. Theydidn't give condiments and were passive aggressive when we had to go in to ask for some. The man who claimed to be the managerwasn't very friendly. The soda tasted watered down. My chicken was almost all breading and skin which I don't eat.
