Was not pleased with the guy in a black shirt with a scrubby beard in the front making our sandwiches. He was very condescending... and took little pleasure in serving us. Another thing I want to point out is that the music they were playing is not very kidfriendly. It was talking about getting high on Mary Jane to kill the pain. That is something I do not want my kids to be exposedto at this age. Sandwiches tasted really good, so that was nice. Read more

The cleanest Goodcents I?ve seen! I always appreciate the friendly faces and great customer service. I?ve ordered online, gotten... delivery, and dined in. The orders are how I want them and they make some of the best sandwiches. I love coming here on my lunchbreaks!! Read more

Went inside to place an order and at least two customers in front of me. Young man behind counter was very pleasant and once my... turn, quickly took my order and prepared both sandwiches and then passed them off to a young man behind the prep counter. Thisyoung man on the other hand was a different story, Andrew M. (?) Very sullen looking and visibly put off to be present there.While preparing the two customers in front of me their sandwiches. Took his sweet time in doing so. After passing these two off,he just simply walked away from the counter without telling any other person what he was doing or when he would be back, oralerting other team members, nothing! Just up and left, leaving my two sandwiches and two others unattended. He went around thecounter by where the ovens where and messed around back there. After a while of me and other customers just standing there, thelady at the check out and the pleasant young man came over and quickly finished up making the now piling up sandwiches, whileAndrew would just looked on and turned his back to them, Still sullen and very put out to be there. First time having my ordered delivered. The delivery itself was great, but my sub had 2 items wrong, didn?t seem toasted at all... and was cold when it arrived. I think the store made it fast (wrong) and it sat for a few minutes because I watched my orderfor on the tracker. This is the sloppy mess I got?kind of yucky :-(! Read more

Ordered for curbside pickup at 12:15 and the app said it would be ready at 12:35. We got there about 5 minutes early and... checked in it and there was about 4-5 people waiting on there pickup orders too, so we waited until 12:35 to go back in. Thistime I waited because I figured it couldn't be much longer but I was wrong, and I realized why they were so far behind on pickuporders. There was a few customers coming in the door and ordering subs, and there wasn't really any line because they weregetting serviced immediately. I noticed in between door customers that they would finally start working on pickup orders butthe problem was that new door customers would get pushed in front of the pickup orders. A family of 5 walked in a few minutesafter I had been standing there, and while they tried to figure out what they wanted the manager/meat cutter started to make myorder. Note that this was about 12:40, 25 minutes after we ordered and 5 minutes after they were supposed to be ready. Whenthe family of 5 decided what they wanted, the manager pushed my subs to the side and moved there subs in front of mine. As thefamily was slow to order, 2 of my subs got advanced but the 3rd sub kept getting bumped behind each new sub ordered by thefamily. The family took long enough that more people joined the line and the manager kept advancing more subs in front of thefinal sub of my order. I went up ask the manager to finish my sub that had been continuously bumped and he told me I had towait, and I felt he was very rude to me when they should have been apologizing for the delay. The family of 5 got servedimmediately without delay but everyone waiting for pickups had to wait for their orders that they had ordered ahead. I finallygot my order at 12:55, so about 40 minutes. I wasn't the only person there for a pickup order that wasn't getting serviced.
