Door Dash order, took few mins before ready but no complaints.
We came into the restaurant to order two 16? subs with combos and told them what we wanted and they weren?t paying attention... because they had a ridiculous amount of online orders and we walked out with 8?. We didn?t recognize that they didn?t make whatwe wanted until we got home. Tried calling the phone but it kept ringing and they didn?t give us our receipt. Read more
The customer service while I was ordering my sandwiches was awful. The lady was rude, inconsiderate and rushing. I will never... order frthis location again. Also they refuse to do a delivery because I have cash, not card. ALSO not sure when they stoppedmaking soups so that was a complete let down. Jimmy John's here we come! Jimmy John's never lets me down, I should have knownbetter than to even try to order from goodcents. I have ordered from this location multiple times and always found the staff to be friendly, fast and helpful. The sandwiches are... fantastic! Today, I ordered online from the wrong location and when I went to pick it up their owner (of mutiple locations) wasthere and offered to just make my order there rather than send me 3 miles down the road. Not neccessary, but very muchappreciated! Thank you, I will be back. Read more
Mr goodcents doesnt have any different types of bread besides the garlic pepper bread (which i wish they had year round) they... dont have many choices of sauces but them keeping it simple and fresh makes for a great sandwich . Ordered online around lunchtime. Quick and easy to pick up. Food was prepared correctly and special instructions were followed, i will always go here firstbefore other sub shops it just tastes better and more fresh. Read more
