Ordered a large one topping hamburger pizza cut in squares. There was maybe 2 oz of meat. Four pieces had no meat on them. It... was pretty much crust, sauce and cheese. What happened to the days when pizza had a fair amount of toppings? Now I rememberwhy I don't eat Papa John's. Very disappointed. Read more

I had a wrong pizza delivered to me and they were so on top of it they brought the correct pizza out before I even had everyone... at the table. That is good service. Almost every time I?ve been at this location it has been very fast and the pizza alwaystastes super fresh and isn?t greasy. Read more

Came in a week or so ago, & had ordered a pizza in person, because I forgot to submit my online order in advance while at home... lol. Chad not only ensured I ordered the correct thing in person, but also ensured my pizza was made exceptionally fast, tastedamazing, & asked if I needed anything while I waited for my order while I was there. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I recently moved into a new place. After quite sometime I called the store. Chad informed me the pizza... had been delivered. Upon looking at my details I realized I gave them the wrong address. They made me a new pizza....TOTALLY MYERROR!!!! Kuddos to Chad and the driver. ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!!! Read more

I am not one to do a review for a negative reason, but, this experience needs to be shared. First, I ordered online at 5:15PM... for carry out. I received notification that my pizza would be ready in 17 min. I had a very busy evening ahead. When I picked upmy pizza it looked terrible and the toppings were wrong. I had invited a prospective care assistant for my son and askedspecifically what she liked on her pizza. At this point I regretted asking her and ordering the pizza. I called to adv. my orderwas wrong and the extra cheese I paid for was not on the pizza. I was answered by a frustrated employee who was busy and hadalready made up her mind I was trying to complain for free food. She mentioned a few times that two or less pieces of the pizzacould be missing to exchange for the correct order. I advised I do not have time to drive back to the store as I had picked upmy son (who is wheelchair bound) and I could not bring him in. The employee adv. that the General Manager would be bringing thenew pizza out to me (again mentioning I had to return the messed up one) I drove back to pick up the pizza with my kids settingme back 15 min. When I got back to the location I had to park in front of another store in the strip mall because the deliverydrivers were occupying two of the parking spots right in front of the store (including designated handicapped parking) I calledto adv. I was there and waited an additional nineteen minutes for the pizza. By the time I had the pizza in hand and was on myway back home it was 6:45 PM. The manager mentioned she was glad that the employee was able to resolve the problem for me. Thiswas insulting because the problem had cost me my evening, late feeding for my kids, cancellation of my appointment, and itseemed to me that as a result of their mistake I was made to work around what was convenient for the busy pizza place and thestandoffish employees. This place makes a quality product that is fresh and delicious. The employees are always polite whether it is in the store or... delivery. That being said, they do have an issue with delivery during peak times. The reason I am not counting off stars isbecause I don't think it is their fault. Speaking from personal experience, it is extremely difficult to keep employees at thatprice point. If they raised prices to compensate, people would probably go somewhere else. We live in a time where teenagersaren't thirsty for jobs because they have everything they want and so many people older than that would rather sit on welfareand food stamps than work a second job. This is a struggle for many businesses in the area and just a sign of the times. If Iwere them I would raise the delivery fee to compensate, and guarantee more for the driver. Bottom line: great pizza, greatemployees, but go pick it up or make sure you order delivery during non-peak times. Read more

About a month ago I placed a delivery order; took almost 2 hours and arrived cold. I was surprised to recently receive a... postcard that said we screwed up, let us fix it. I was impressed they did this without me complaining. I ordered my free pizzaat 5:26 pm, delivery was supposed to be 40 - 50 minutes (seems long to me - no one else takes this long). Now it is 6:32 pm, nopizza, tracker shows they have been boxing it for 20 minutes. I am sure it will be cold again. Pizza arrived at 6:45 pm; boxisn't even warm, you can imagine how cold the pizza is. I went to main website and tried to submit a customer service feedbackform; that doesn't work either. No wonder they are doing so poorly. I will never order from this store again; to say serviceis horrible is being way to nice. I attached a screenshot so people can see the timeline is accurate. Ordered a few pizzas. This bug came with one of them. I was appalled and grossed out. They told me I would have to drive back to... the store with this evidence, which is not practical for how far away we live, so I'm leaving the evidence here. I can't believethe combination of gross and poor customer service. Read more
