Had the Italian Sub. Kids had pizza and daughter in law salad. All was excellent. Great service.
Pizza shoppe waitress brought out cold sauce for cheesie bread. She brought 2 cheese packets for 2 LARGE pizzas. I asked for... more and she gave me 3 cheese packets. The waitress didn't take our trash from table until our pizza was served. During our mealthe waitress did not check on us or ask if we need refills for our drinks, or how our meal was, nothing. She showed no concernwhatsoever about our needs. I had to ask for a to go box because the Waitress was on her phone instead of checking on us to seeif we needed anything. I had to ask for the check to pay. The lack of service was provided for in the tip and this review.Definitely a low point in my experience with this pizza shoppe but won't be forgotten. Read more
Tables, chairs, and floor have been filthy the past 3 times we have been there. No clean tables when we tried to sit down. If we... ever go back again it will be for carryout only. Hope the kitchen is cleaner than the dining room. Read more
I?ve only been here 3 times. First time I went, I went on my 1 hour lunch break. I ordered and they took forever to bring the... food out. I finally get the food and it?s wrong, so I ask them to remake it. They took even longer than the first time and Ididn?t get my food until 5 minutes before I had to be back at work so I didn?t even get to eat it and I still had to pay fullprice. Second time I went, service was terrible, the server came to the table maybe twice, food took forever but food wascorrect. The third time I went, I order, I get my food, I take about 4 bites and realize there is mold all over the bottom ofthe sandwich, and when I told her, all she did was look at me and say okay, I?ll take that. Seems like everytime we go there we have to round up the waitress for our check. food is great and that is a good thing because... they never check on you after they deliver the food. From then on you are out of sight, out of mind! Sent an email right tothe Shawnee location and never received any response. Read more
