This location has consistently long wait times. Knowing this but needing only drinks I decided to stop by tonight. I arrived at... 5:08 and ordered two large waters and a medium Cherry limeade. I paid via card and waited 13 minutes. At which point I stillhad not received my 3 drinks. We left - now late for gymnastics class and with no water. 3 drinks - 2 of them waters - and itstill took longer than 13 minutes! Ridiculous! We will never try this location again. This is definitely not my favorite sonic, but it is closest. On multiple occasions they have said I can't place a mobile order... because it was too late. They told me that I could not order a shake one night but could pay more for a sonic blast. Not surehow that works. The limeades taste alright, but usually are missing a fresh lime and cherry. Fries were old. Looks like they made them ahead of time to keep up or something. Messed my burger up. Took 25 min to get outa... there on a simple order and they were not very busy. Read more
Came to Sonic to get something to eat before work. They were only taking app orders but they did not state that. Ordered online... and I asked for a cup of ice and was told that I could not pay for it separately. I was told only through the app. It was just acup of ice, once I received my food it was cold and my fries were over cooked. Totally disappointed and I will never eat at thislocation again. We saw the new grilled cheese on TV and couldn?t wait to try it. It wasn?t even on the menu and we had to describe it ( at the... Hedge Lane location). It was awful. It was so dry. It was nothing like the one shown on TV. And it was burned. We waited over 30minutes for them to make it and they weren?t busy. Wish we?d just kept our money and left. I am not one to complain. The service was great. The food was not. I have worked in fast food. The grease was not changed. I at... two bites of my tatter totes and spit them out my mouth. I tried the jumbo popcorn Chicken with buffalo sauce. It was horrible.I took to bites and ended up getting sick to my stomach and ending up vomiting. They need to change the grease period. Feel like the old Wendy's commercial..."Where's the Beef?" Literally gave us a cheeseburger without the burger. They also gave... us a bacon cheeseburger without the bacon but hey, at least they got the burger on this one. Between the slowness of thedelivery and the expected messing up of our order (this isn't the 1st time we've not gotten the right or whole order here) wewill not be coming here again. Highly recommend others don't as well unless you like to pay for things you won't get. Read more
