Pressed the order button twice and both times it was turned off and no one ever took our order. Had to get out of the car and go... order at a picnic table. What happened to sonic? Unlike the Sonic in Lenexa This Sonic off of shawnee, even though they were understaffed answered us literally immediately and... the workers are so nice and sweet. amazing workers and amazing service plus a really nice location I would recommend coming hereover the one in lenexa any day the drive is totally worth it Read more
Terrible staff, yelling at customers via the speakers (I could hear them yelling at other customers from several stalls... over)! During my brief visit they lost track of my order TWICE, then said I never ordered in the first place! So disorganized,I wouldn't trust their kitchen to get a diet coke right. Read more

This location has been going down hill lately. They will not honor the half price drinks that you get in the app when their app... is not working. The so called owner is extremely rude. There have been several occasions where I ordered nerds in my kidsslushes, which cost extra, and no nerds were added. I?ve worked in customer service for years and if there?s a deal in the appor on the website you find a way to honor that in store when that app is not working properly. This location does not know howto accommodate customers or good customer service. Editing to add- surprise, part of my order was not correct. I ordered acherry limeade slush and they gave me a regular cherry limeade. Super disappointing. Read more
Really I mean come on. Could you put any less effort and to making a simple burger? This will purchase at 7:00 on a Tuesday. Not... exactly peak hours. Not only did they make this trash of a burger, They also incorrectly made my sonic blast followed by notputting the lid on correctly so it spilled all over my truck.
