I keep giving this store a chance and I need to stop. I realize there is a worker shortage and other challenges with suppliers,... but many of the problems here can be addressed with proper training and refresher training. I don't see evidence that effectivetraining is taking place, so it is not entirely the employees' fault. For example when I unwrap my sandwich, the bread shouldnot be smeared with mayo on the outside and soaked with olive water on the inside. An employee's hands should be considered'sanitized' when they are wearing food service gloves. They should not touch their mouth to adjust their mask 5 times whilemaking a sandwich. Awful. Read more
