Great Boogas ( Burgers) My daughter and I had the KC BBQ Booga, burnt ends on burger, with BBQ sausce. Wife had Buffalo Mac... Booga with bacon and Mac n cheese with Buffalo sauce.. all were fantastic. Server was great. And service overall good. Sawstaff cleaning table as soon as they emptied. Great atmosphere, kid friendly. Honestly, I?ve given this place like 5 different tries. EvErYTimE something is wrong. It?s been like 2 years since I?ve been... here. I sit down for a beer at a table because the bar is full. Walked in at about 8:45 on a Thursday. Sign said seat yourself. So we (family of 4) grabbed a table outside. We sat there for... 10 minutes. No one even acknowledged us. Got up and left. No one said a word. Went across the street to The Other Place. Seatedwith menus and had a beer in front me within 10 minutes. The cheap steak on Thursdays isn't worth it. Our 4th time here. First 3 were great, the female bartender was friendly and attentive. Fourth time was a bust different... bartender . Felt like if you weren?t a regular you didn?t matter . Went across the street to get dinner. Read more
This location is starting to get dated and needs a refresh. Meals are overpriced and service is slow. I had wings that looked... like the ones that come out of frozen food section. Used to be fun but feels like management hasn?t kept up with better optionsright around here. Also, the only reason we came was a coupon sold for De Soto baseball. When we got the check they said theywouldn?t honor it and the coupon was only for Tanners on 87th street. Really? Wow. Get better. Probably the reason there is a 45minute wait across the street and all you have here are open tables. Read more
If i could give this a negative star review i would. I work up the street from this Tanners and always have problems with the... very unfriendly staff and Manager. We ordered 2 meals and an appetizer and there was something wrong with each one of theplates. We specially ordered horse radish sauce for the French dip sandwich and of course did not receive it (This happens on aregular). Next meal was the Tan Fins. The lettuce was for sure rotten. the lettuce was very slimy and brown. When i called andspoke to the manager he claimed he made it fresh this morning. Of course that's not the case since the lettuce was so dark andgross. Secondly the fish still had scales on it! The appetizer was the slider burgers and they were completely dry and hard toswallow. I called to complain and the Manager was very unprofessional and pretty much said that we just can't please anyone andto never come back to that location and then hung up on me. Long story short AVOID THE FOOD AT ALL COSTS! This was 3 differenttypes of food and it all was horrible. I've included pictures for reference. Read more
We were in town for a baseball tournament and went here afterwards. Not only were they able to accommodate the team and... parents, they did it in an efficient and swift manner!! Emma was incredible and served all of us with ease! She was amazing andso darn sweet to boot!
