Please don't order a carryout order without working for it first. They don't add your chips or drink nor do they remind you to... grab them. They said it was all in the bag and guess what, it was not! Jasarra the assistant manager, had a huge problem andattitude about my inquiring about why I was not reminded to get my drink and chips, she basically told me because I didn't readthe sign that is posted. I'm sorry but I don't work at Twisted Fresh, if it is too much trouble for your employees to remindtheir customers to not forget that the chips and fountain drinks are self serve then its too much trouble to give you any of mymoney. I'm gonna say they had an off day. I ordered my burger and they got a huge rush behind me. I ordered it medium, no Buffalo... sauce. 25 minutes. I watched my burger sit on the grill for 25 minutes. Now I already knew it was going to be overcooked. Thenthe cook loads the grill with raw chicken and uses the same glove to touch the hockey puck that used to be a burger. THEN coversit with Buffalo sauce. When i mentioned I didn't want that, he apologized, scraped it off and flipped the burger over to cookit some more. Now in the cooks defense the cashier didn't put no sauce on the ticket, but yeah. I was already 25 minutes in atthis point on my way to an appointment. I've ordered tacos and wraps from here and they were great, wanted to try somethingnew. Lesson learned. Stick with tacos.. Read more
First time trying this place. Friendly staff and fast service. It was good and i would eat it again but can't say I would... crave it. I got the California club and my wife got the chicken gyro. We both thought it tasted fresh. My wife thought it wasmissing something for flavor. Maybe needs some seasoning or extra sauce. Read more
Ordered food off of DoorDash with my parter. This is the most bland, flavorless food I have ever had. We ordered tacos and a... burrito.
