I came here for the veterans day deal 2022. I asked at the drive thru and ordered. When I got to the window, the same person,... told me there was no deal and charged me full price. I contacted corporate and they took 2 weeks to email back. No apology, noteven an attempt, only stated they filed the complaint and wanted me to continue to be a customer. Everyone should go somewhereelse and force this location to shut down. Read more

The food was good and the service was fast. Only issue is that the male's handicapped toilet (only toiled) has a large gap... between the door and the wall that is holding the door. So you can crearly see someone sitting there with their pants down Read more

Service was quick (stopped in before noon). Order was accurate. Food was fine. Drive-thru had a long line so I thought it?ll be... slow but it was pretty quick. Walked into lobby and ordered. Restaurant was clean. ???? Read more

We went through the drive thru 09/24/22 at 10:40 am and it wasn't busy. I ordered a Dave's single combo, 4 for 4 and 6 pc... nuggets. The fries were ok but the burgers were old and dry at 10:45 am come on Wendy's. Wendy's at one time never put out dryburgers use to be fresh. It's a sad deal and Wendy's is constantly bad more than good! Read more

I am done with this Wendy's. Their service is slow and apparently they no longer do customer service. I just paid $10 for not a... very big salad with wilty lettuce and I couldn't even get an extra salsa unless I paid .60 extra. Even though I told them Ididn't need the Sour cream--which I could get 2 of those, and she still wouldn't let me have an extra salsa. From now on I willbe going to the restaurant next door which has better and cheaper salads and don't refuse extra salsa. And I'm pretty sure itwas a manager that told me no. Just wow... Read more

Awful management. Placed mobile order and arrived about 10 minutes later. They had paper printouts taped over the hamburgers on... the menu board stating they had no beef (at 11 AM!) since their supply truck hadn't arrived. I told them I wanted to cancel themobile order. They said cancel it yourself on the app. I did but was still charged. Manager refused to do anything to help andtold me to "call corporate." I've been on hold with Wendy's customer service for 30+ minutes with no answer. Update 8/9/22: Icontacted Wendy's customer support via Twitter direct message multiple times (couldn't reach anyone through corporate customerservice number, email, etc.) I had several exchanges with them over Twitter and their reps were responsive. They told me theywould escalate to a Wendy's regional manager to get in touch with me and reverse the charges. I heard from no one after FIVEattempts through Twitter. I gave up and went through my bank who refunded the disputed charge. Read more

They got my order wrong 3 different times. And they charged me for the one i wanted but gave me a cheaper one. Check your bags... and your burgers before leaving the drive thru. Me and my coworkers will never come back here again Read more

So a lesson has been learned. Refrain from visiting this place at night, came here for some baconator fries and a drink.... Customer service was rude and yelled at me exclaiming, "what?" When she was unable to hear me, then had begun speaking in amumblish manner. We also found a short and curly hair melted into the cheese on the fries. Disgusting.
