I will never step foot in this place again for many reasons. I'd almost had enough but today just helped me make up my mind.... Management is terrible, the only good waitress is Madison. She's so amazing. But B dubs shawnee sucks. We went in tonight andsat there so long and nobody even said hi, screw you, nothing. And the manager and a bunch of his staff were standing at thefront counter laughing real loud and being obnoxious and would look our way but no one ever came and this isn't the first time.We just walked out. And the food has been under cooked to the point of seeing blood before. I've had enough. They could closedown and I wouldn't care. They probably should close for everyone's sake! Read more
The jukebox was on and took my song request, but the audio was on a different radio station. Didn?t get to hear the first song I... played, and the manager changed it over to the jukebox speakers but at a lower volume me than what it was before. I could stillhear it a little bit but he ended up turning by the volume down even more on my other songs. They weren?t even offensive songs,so I don?t think anyone could have been offended by the lyrical content. I placed an order via the app at 11:46. The email confirmation I received stated the order would be ready at 12:10. When I... arrived at 12:15 I was told they were still working on it. At 12:35 I determined I could not wait any longer and asked for arefund. I was told the manager would be right with me. 12;45 the manager showed up. I was given my refund (partial) and my foodstill was not ready. Do not leave a tip on the app, as they do not refund the tip. The manager stated I was not charged the tip,but my bank app shows I was charged the tip. Since I never received my food and the tip was not returned, I really believe onestar is too many. Read more
Wife and I had a great time playing random songs on the Jukebox or songs from band shirts we saw people wear just to see their... reaction. It was loud but had a nice atmosphere and wasn't as crowded as I've seen it. They seemed short staffed but our serverwas great and very tentative. Read more

This place has been hit and miss for years, but the last 4 times I've been there, we had excellent service. I can't give it 5... stars yet, but I might update my review in the future if I keep getting good service. It's hard to forget getting 2 drinksspilled on you, and one time I waited for over 30 minutes and no one ever came to our table. Lately though, I've been reallyimpressed, I don't know if management changed or something else, but they've really stepped up their game. Our server was rude. Me and my friends came in at 10:00pm. We didn?t get our drinks until 20 minutes after. Meanwhile our server... kept walking past us, serving other tables that got there way after us. Finally we got to order, when the food came out it wascold like it came out of the fridge. My friends and I were talking about how cold and gross it was. Our waitress, I don?t knowher name, had told us to shut our mouths because she heard us talking about it. I have been a waitress for over 2 years and Iknow better than to keep a table waiting that long, especially on refills for our drinks.
