I worked for Burger King for roughly 4 years of my life. I?m probably a little biased because I really want this to be... good. This location did a fine job and gave me the best Burger King has to offer. Chicken Fries shouldn?t be sold ever. BurgerKing throw that stuff away and quit. My whopper was good enough. This is a great location. Restaurant was clean on the inside. Got our food quickly and everything was made as ordered. The... prices are much better at BK compared to similar items at the arches. Try the chicken fries. Read more
Ordered a double cheeseburger. Pulled forward and seen it was a single patty cheeseburger. Immediately tried calling but no one... would pick up the ringing phone. I tried again, no luck. I eventually was able to speak with a manager who took accountabilityfor the store's mistake. I called back today (a week later) to confirm my name was on the list for a replacement and the GENERALMANAGER said she would not confirm if my name was or was not on the list because it was over 48 hours. Nancy, the manager Ispoke with was very helpful. The GENERAL MANAGER who answered the phone at 11:12 am on 10/10/22 was not. Apparently stealingcustomers money is tolerant to this company. You shouldnt charge people for something, give them a receipt for what they paidfor, then give them something of less value. Not cool. I will never go to this store again as long as this general manager"runs" this location. Read more
I ordered mozzarella sticks and all but one were empty
We came in and waited. 3 employees working and not one said ?someone will be with you in a moment.? We were totally ignored... until one woman was finished with bagging drive through orders. Then told us ?sorry but we?re short handed.? We can understandand be tolerate but when you get totally ignored for approx 10 minutes is just not acceptable. Read more
Would not eat here ever again. The manger was very nice but seemed very overwhelmed. The girl that took my order was a little... rude. I told her I needed a few and when I was ready she would rather play on her phone than take my order. My husbands sandwichwas not even cooked all my through. Super messy, rude employees, and then I get talked about right in front of me by snarky employees! I ordered one burger no... pickles, no onions, no tomato, no lettuce, got a globbed on mess. So gross! Go in to say I ordered no veggies, was told Ishould have ordered light mayo, but only one burger in our order is nasty.
