Just like all the other locations, they have their stuff together. 20 cars deep in line, ordered for 6 people maybe 15 minutes... before close..... Yeah we were that car.. Anyway, nothing but smiling faces, super quick service, and hot food. Got the orderright like usual and we were happy. They just clearly have it down to a science. I don't really enjoy eating in the lobby, butI'm not big on loud - busy environments. That's not a kick to them though. Read more
I have been having issues with Chick-fil-A lately. Mostly, they just keep forgetting something we ordered and paid for. Since... the pandemic we have gotten used to just getting food and bringing it home. Who wants to get back out and go get the item theyforgot. Especially since that means you either eat the food you have quickly without your fries, or salad without your dressing,or leave it to go back to the store so that when u return the food is stone cold. Nah. I just don't get why it is so hard toread a list and check off the items as they are bagged. Not rocket science. So ya, they have lost a bit of my business and astar on my review. Read more
I've only been twice since its been in Shawnee after my gluten diagnosis. The grilled chicken is good, but I don't know what the... other options are, as I'm always rushed when coming up to a menu, so I settle for what I know. Last I heard, one of thecashiers told me their grilled chicken was showing signs of causing gluten reactions, although I haven't had one with theirgrilled chicken. Read more
This place is always busy because they have good food and quick service they aim to please and make sure your order is correct.... I would highly recommend if you can handle the line of people. I will be back for the good food. Read more
The chicken sandwich is so filling. It is a thick patty and oh so delicious. The people are super friendly. The drive thru... was long but took about 5 to 6 min to go through. The Peach shake was just ok I was expecting a blast of Peach flavor toexplode in my mouth but it didn't was just like small pieces of Peaches but it was still refreshing. Excellent service and really tasty food. The restaurant was clean and nicely put together with fresh flowers on each table. The... only slight negative was that almost all the parking spots were devoted to curbside pickup, meaning we had to park fairly faraway with my mom who is a senior citizen. Overall, though, a great meal and a lovely place to visit with my family. Read more

Love it! Always fast unless you order the chicken nuggets... then you always gotta pull around and wait forever. So I just... stopped ordering those on my lunch bc I don't have time to wait unfortunately. I have been late back to work twice waiting onnuggets. Other besides that, always love chic fil a!!
