I get the triple dipper 90% of the time I am there and it was extremely disappointing this time round. The amount AND size of... food has shrunk considerably and the price has gone up. The service is great, and the wait's never been a problem. My only complaint is how outrageously noisy some of the other... customers can get at the bar area. We aren't the kind of people to grow irritated at the drop of a hat, but there have beentimes we've considered leaving so that we don't have to holler to be heard at our own table anymore. Plenty of families allaround us stare at the source of the noise (usually a group of 2-5 men, having a conversation so loud you can hear it from thebathroom stalls) like they're about to do the same, but I've never seen anyone confront the problem. I do think a payingcustomer should be allowed to laugh and chat to their heart's content, but if there are dozens of people including children meresteps away from your bar stool, just assume nobody wants to hear you shout about how angry your wife will be when you get home. We order out often from here on the weekends, never really any complaints except that the line sometimes forgets to put garlic... butter in my corn and the lord knows I need that. Tonight we got garlic butter and want to say thank you to the cooks! Y?all areawesome Read more
This was by far the most noisy Chili's I've ever been in. And it wasn't because of the customers creating unruly noise. They... definitely could use some "soft" surfaces to help with noise abatement. My food was fine but my other patron had hardly anygrilled chicken on her quesadilla. It was so scarce in fact that two of the pieces had NONE on them. Our server was great. Read more
This is a big negative for me. I think we waited 15 minutes for someone to ask us what we wanted to drink. When we left they... still hadn?t asked us. Therefore I would not recommend or go back. The restaurant had an odd smell to it as well. Read more
It has been ages since my husband, and I had good food and service. We honestly waste money, hoping that we will have somehow... enjoy it. Let me just say, the new kitchen/front of the house management has done wonders. Javier, our server was young, but hewas great! We felt like he actually enjoyed his jobs. He was friendly, quick, and great to talk with. We then met the kitchenmanager, and she was wonderful. We talked for at least 10 min and how they have changed things for the better in the last 1.5years, along with Mel, the newest and best general manager. I'm so happy to find a place that we can actually count on.Definitely worth the time and money. By the way, this is the Shawnee, Oklahoma Chilis on Mall Drive. We muchly recommend it! Read more
Paid over $20 for a 10oz steak and asparagus. Asparagus was not terrible, but the service and the steak were terrible. Put a to... go order in and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. I got there and then had to wait another 30 minutes for my food. WhenI got home and opened my food I noticed that the steak was not a 10oz but maybe a 6oz and it was also raw and I ordered mediumrare, worst restaurant in shawnee. Read more
