Update 10 minutes later: I paid for 16 inches and as you can see, that's not what I got home with. The manager offers a refund... or a remake. At this point, I should get both! I purchased another Firelake fundraiser coupon book in the hopes that pizzacoupons would be included again, and they were. The last time we had the coupons to BOGO large pizza, I could get supreme forhubby and a 3 topping pizza for myself. I always paid for the 2 extra toppings, although I should have only been paying for 1extra topping. Now they won't even allow that, and the only explanation from management is "Whoever allowed that, wasn'tsupposed to." I told them okay, when the coupons are gone we will go back to regulars at Pizza Hut. They don't seem to care. Isthat why the place is always empty!? Read more
The pizza was great. The service was not. We were told our order would take 15-20 minutes. We waited for almost 50 minutes.
