Horrible service. Waitress spilled juice all over our table and said oops and walked off..we were seated by the kitchen and... someone was standing in there spraying perfume all over herself that stunk so bad we had to leave before even orderingfood?10/10 don?t recommend. Read more
Always great and this location had an awesome staff member who served us. Also they are open 24 hours, 365 days a year.
The food is always good. The service is always great. If you go during the week, you always get right in. On the weekend, of... course, it's busy. Breakfast, or dinner, either one is good. Read more
went in a few months ago around 10 PM and there were two waitresses working the right side of the restaurant. I ordered chicken... and waffles and waited an hour but I knew they were busy. While my waitress was in the bathroom, the other was sweeping. Thewaitress who was not mine looked at an order from the counter and said "this is supposed to be a combo" and took the waffles offthe plate they were on and set them right on another plate. Then she went back and put her hands back on a broom. No gloves ornothing! I visibly gaged and I'm 90% sure that order was my own. After dinner I asked for the manager. I'm 17 and if I have toact like a "karen" something is definitely wrong in a restaurant. Manager came over and made small talk while I told her thesituation and what the waitress did, and she tried to downplay it completely. She replies with "oh I know. we do that" and Isaid "without gloves? because that's pretty gross" her reply "what do you want me to do about it?" I should've replied withsomething snarky but I didn't. Went home and I did in fact throw up. Not only that but I've ordered the chicken and wafflesabout three times and 2/3 times they were undercooked. That night they were undercooked. Will not be returning during latehours. Hopefully my next experience will be better. The waffles are always good. Read more
Terrible service, slow to get your food, have to beg for refills
My kids love it there. It was my daughters birthday but no birthday special which was fine but children eat free after 4 we went... at 10:30 am and had to pay full price. But it's fine it was good but would have been cooler to have had a birthday special ofsome kind. My opinion Read more
Stopped in the other night late , u can tell they are having a hard time finding people who want to work. Took a while to get... our food , had to ask twice for silverware . French toast and bacon was good. Our waitress was nice , she was just new . Read more
Worst IHOP I've ever eaten at. Hostess was rude, they set my family and I at a dirty table that smelled like cat urine on a hot... day. Took over 45 minutes to get our food only for it to be cold and to make it worse it ended up giving me food poisoning.Love IHOP and will eat at it again just not at this location. Read more
