Shawnee Mall Drive location is horrible. My husband and I walked in to get dinner and as we approached the counter the ENTIRE... team manager included started arguing about who was coming to the counter to take our order. I told my husband someone bettercome take our order or we are leaving. Right then an employee comes around from the back with this disappointed look in his faceand reluctantly takes our order. They then give us our order and forgot our drinks until my husband reminded them and anotheremployee rolls their eyes and proceeded to get our drinks. Growing up my favorite place was KFC, it wouldn't have been had my local KFC been like this one. It was not clean, the food was... ok. The biscuit was delicious as usual, the chicken not quite right and the mashed potatoes were obviously not very highquality. The staff was friendly, but a bit slow. I noticed one man walking around, had he been carrying a microfiber cloth hecould've have been cleaning as he walked around. Read more
Chicken was bomb ???? no birthday special for my daughter but was the best chicken so worth it!!! Fed our whole family good ????
Though a slightly longer wait than normal, the food was great and super fresh. The staff was also very friendly. Edit: the Jack... Harlow meal is amazing. Read more
