Shawnee Mall Drive location is horrible. My husband and I walked in to get dinner and as we approached the counter the ENTIRE... team manager included started arguing about who was coming to the counter to take our order. I told my husband someone bettercome take our order or we are leaving. Right then an employee comes around from the back with this disappointed look in his faceand reluctantly takes our order. They then give us our order and forgot our drinks until my husband reminded them and anotheremployee rolls their eyes and proceeded to get our drinks. Word to the wise don't bring your business to this location the otherone is way better. Read more
Growing up my favorite place was KFC, it wouldn't have been had my local KFC been like this one. It was not clean, the food was... ok. The biscuit was delicious as usual, the chicken not quite right and the mashed potatoes were obviously not very highquality. The staff was friendly, but a bit slow. I noticed one man walking around, had he been carrying a microfiber cloth hecould've have been cleaning as he walked around. Read more

This kfc is seriously under staffed! Management is failing miserably at this kfc. We were told there was a twenty minute wait... for chicken because there was only two workers. I get that not mad at the workers. We waited and ordered an 8 pieces meal deal.Supposed to come with 4 biscuits and two sides. We ordered Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy. Pulled to the windowand paid for it. Then pulled up to the next window and waited for food. When at the window we get our food and they say well wedon?t have any biscuits or Mac and cheese so we try to sub fries in and they say well we don?t have that either. So after payingfor what we ordered we get told oh sorry don?t have it I?ll sub green beans and extra mashed potatoes. That would have been niceto know before we paid for biscuits and Mac and cheese. KFC/Owner you need to look into this store and find the problem in itsmanagement and fix it. Whatever it is pay or poor management. You can?t say people won?t work when all you offer is 8 dollars anhour. This meal cost 40 bucks and your tellin me you can?t pay a little more to your employees?? I ordered potato wedges and I got them fresh. I asked for them fresh because this store will give you soggy food. The top wedges... were nice crispy except once you get to the bottom of the box. The were cooked together. The gravy was lukewarm. I rated thisexperience a three because of the gravy, the wedges and the size of wedges box. I have bought a large before and those were nota large box. I was correct it is a snack size box. Read more
This place needs some help! Extremely dirty inside with sticky chairs, trash and food on floor and staff members that are hard... of hearing. I?m a little dissatisfied with Overall visit. Truly feel like I need to shower after leaving here. Miss the drivethru too I wouldn?t wanna eat here. Read more
