Went through drive through and was told it was not ready yet, lady from back rudely telling front counter that it says on the... screen 8:13 pick up when we got there at 8. Front counter man rudely tells us to pull up and park when no one was behind us.Come back at 8:16 and told it?s still not ready and manger walking around yelling it?s so busy when kitchen people are standingaround talking. This is ridiculous, on October 1st (Saturday) I ordered a pizza on your sight, it was supposed to arrive before 1, I ordered it... before noon. 1 pm rolls around and I call door dash because no one ever answers the phone at LC in shawnee. Like EVER. They sayit'll be 15 to 30 minutes before they can make my pizza, they where so backed up (I get that). I told them I had to be at a babyshower and just to cancel my order and refund me. Door dash canceled the order and I stayed on hold with little caesars until Igot disconnected. I called October 3rd (Monday). They said it would be back on my card in seven business days. I have calledMULTIPLE TIMES, requested call backs through the door dash phone number sending me directly to the little caesars help number,and NOTHING. No call backs, on hold forever it feels like with no refund, no call back. I have to go out of my way just to getthis taken care of because you guys don't seem to care about your customers. The order was wrong, the dough undercooked, and per usual the staff unprofessional. I called my order in, had it read back to... me, and they still git it wrong. My order running late was not a problem, until I noticed the dough was undercooked. Betweengetting the order wrong and the way staff acted in the store, it will be awhile before I try it again. Good place for fast take out. At times I have been there for Drive thru & inside to take out!! I gave 4 stars mainly they... messed our order several times, even gave me someone else's order! But it's always good pizza! So whether you Drive through orgo in, check your order. Read more
Guy at the window was very friendly. Only downside was they ran out of the garlic butter. They should start putting this on all... of the pizzas. Gives the food so much flavor! Read more

Come on! This is the worst Little Caesars I?ve ever been to. I?m new to oklahoma and this, unfortunately, is the only store in... this city! I miss the fluffy, delicious crust I would always get at the store in Idaho. This is basically a cracker with cheese!And the breadsticks? Horribly flat! This is how the pizza and breadsticks always are from this location. So disappointing! Allthe staff need retrained on how to roll out the dough and breadsticks. And they all need trained on how to cut a pizza!Seriously, they cannot make a worse pizza! I guess I?ll have to try all the other pizza places around here for a decent pizza. Read more
Called today about a remake from the day before cuz my pizza ???? was burnt and then even after the remake which remind you I... ordered on line and ended up being there for 2 hrs and they still handed me back the same burnt pizza then when i call today thelittle girl want to hang up on me because I Said I don't have the receipt but she cut me off and said we always give receiptsand hangs up on me before I could finish telling her it was online then when I get up there because I found it in my email theguy didn't even ask for it? So best believe me and my friends gathered all the receipts and made a complaint! I come there tomuch to deal with stank attitude because your crew got overwhelmed and made a mistake and you want to be lazy and disrespectfulover the phone like you weren't raised right?
