There is no point on having a drive thru open 24/7 if 9 out of 10 times you are sitting there for over 40 minutes to get your... order taken and another 10 at least to get your order. I was on my meal break from work. I placed a mobile order and was parked curbside. Nearly 30 mins passed before I called them... on the phone about my order. I was told that it was being packed and will be brought to me soon. My order arrived without thedrinks or any dipping sauce for the nuggets. I began waiting for the drinks, but that took too long as I was late for work. Itis the third time in several months where I had a negative experience at this location. Walked out after being unable to order anything worth the price. No advertised deals were available on the kiosk unless ordering... from the app. Unable to order from app without overdraft on my bank card account and no cash option. Nearly this entire month, wait time in the drive through has been extensively long. Beyond 30-45 minutes average per order. No... vehicles in motion. McDonald?s is known for being 24/7, and last month this location has closed early in the evenings around9:00 PM without any notice to the guests. Store lights remain on, drive through lanes open, menu boards illuminated, but noanswer. As a former fast food employee, I know that restaurants equipped with a drive thru, are to make that section a priorityfor the guests, because some people are limited on time, looking for satisfactory customer service, or simply just looking topurchase a beverage.
