The manager was rude. Yelled at a customer who didn't see the lids and asked for help. Dirty areas. Tried getting help at the... counter (few previous times) and they completely ignored me when tho I asked for help. Rude. Read more
3 of my burgers were wrong tonight. Had to wait another 30 mins in line to get it fixed. By that time my fries are cold and... drinks watered down and remaining kids food cold. They need a solution to having to wait in line for their mess ups. Waste ofmoney. They were doing so good for awhile but 2nd mess up this week. Read more
Food and service was good. However, they shut the Play Place down at 5pm for cleaning. I appreciate that they are keeping it... clean but they could pick a better time to do that. There were 4 families there having dinner and playing that had to leave.Maybe pick cleaning times outside of typical meal times. Read more
The absolute worst! The night manager with pink hair is awful! She shut the drive thru window on us and walked away never... returning. The worker working the 2nd window was the same which is why we asked for a manager. I understand they are tired,short staffed and stressed but so are all the rest of us. You cannot expect employees to be good with managers like that. Corporate is being called next. Read more

This McDonald?s is by far this worst ! This morning I ordered two large coffees 12 creams an 4 sugars I received blacked coffee... went back in through the line and they literally gave me 9 sugars.
