Tasted like a heat-up. Stale and hard to chew Italian. Must have missed the sausage. Found everything else. Crust was slightly... burned on the bottom. Scant over-cooked cheese. Won't get PJ'S again. Not in Shawnee. Pepsi was good. Read more

I Give one star because that is the minimum amount required to post a review, if it were different, I would have given less. I... came in and ordered cinnamon pull-aparts, some bread sticks, a BBQ chicken& bacon pizza, a meat lovers pizza, and a sausage&jalapeño pizza. Once It had all been brought out, I looked to make sure we had everything and we were missing our breadsticks, which was no big deal. I went inside to inform them, and they had another order made for me in about 10 minutes. Soonafter I arrived home, I noticed we were given a plain cheese pizza instead of our BBQ chicken and bacon pizza. I tried to callthem back 4 times not to ask for a refund, but to let them know. and on the first 3 calls, they answered but said nothing andhung up shorty after. On the last call, the boy who took my order answered the phone and I began to explain the situation tohim. Not even 1 minute into my explanation, he pops off and says "okay, byeeeeee" and hung up on me. I will not be visitingpapa John's again. Read more
DO NOT ORDER THE NEW YORK STYLE PIZZA. Obviously, no one at Papa John's knows what a New York Pizza is. I ordered one. The one... delivered was one with regular sized slices and was very doughy bland pepperoni pizza. Dominos would have been better. Havinglived in New York, I know that a New York pizza is a thin yeasty crust with enormous slices. Oil drips down your arm when you goto fold it. The tomato sauce has a rich taste. Papa John's needs to take the item OFF OF THEIR MENU. Read more
We had family in town last night. Ordered pizza. Got a text it was delivered and a text from my bank that we were charged. We... were all outside and no delivery showed. Tried to call. Hung up on us a couple of times. Then just rang until the store wasclosed. Tried to call today. The number doesn?t work. Got someone through the 1-800 number she tried to call and couldn?t getthrough. I wanted to speak with a manager but this is the only way to communicate I guess?!? Read more
This location on this day, did not have enough help. 1 guy making pizzas, taking drive through orders, walk in orders, phone... orders. We were tge first people through the door and it took an hour to cook our order, on top of him dropping our pizza andhaving to re-cook. I felt bad for this guy but I won't go there again. Read more
