Ordered online for delivery, and got the pizza timely within 30 minutes. However, I could tell right away the pizza was old. Last night I made an order at 8 pm $42 that's with tips took driver a while to get here so food was cool but the worst part that... upsets me is I never got my 2 liter of Mug or any soda .. so the driver went back to get it well he never came back I calledtwice and was promised 2 sodas for the hassle but I never got anything to drink .. so I need a refund or bring me my dang sodathis is the last time I leave a tip ahead of time on the app. What a rip off you guys are. Would like to give no stars but had to give at least one. Pizza was raw. I had to put it in the oven to cook the wet sticky... dough. I requested light sauce and the sauce was gushing out when biting into it. We will not be back to a Pizza Hut again. Itwas terrible!!! Read more
Don?t order from them because if you go inside they don?t acknowledge your presence. And if you try and get their attention, the... guy in the front said I?m busy and continued to ignore me.He acted like i popped his tire. I saw maybe 5 or 6 employees and theyjust pass you without making eye contact. Poorly run! Restaurant should be called hide and run into the hut. Read more
Pizza Hut never disappoints, went with my wife, daughter and autistic niece and our niece said the pizza was terrific,... definitely going back. We paid $12 and change for one pie and we were happy. Thank you for the tremendous service and quality. Read more
I ordered & paid online. I went to the window to pick up. The guys asks me ?do you wanna leave anything?? I asked leave... anything? He said again ?do I wanna leave anything like a tip or just get your receipt?? I said I just needed my receipt. Iwasn?t having it delivered, I was picking up myself. Took him about 5 minutes to get me my pizza and this is one of them,exactly the way it was when the lid was opened at my house. One slice all the toppings are ripped off and thrown back on top andthere is even a stray piece of pineapple in there. That entire pizza was trashed. I?d give them negative stars if I could. The first time i got ordered delivery it took over an hour to get the pizza because the driver got lost yet that was some how my... fault. So I got a cold pizza and wings and no apology then this 2nd time I get a pizza, I pay with my card only for the driverto show and demand a delivery fee. I used my card for a reason which was charged over 26$ with tip, why would I still need topay a delivery fee. He was so inconvenienced by this and it showed. Must have been my fault also. Smh . So needless to say noapology yet again, no pizza and I haven't a clue if they even refunded my money back correctly. Guess time will tell. Read more
$41.58 for a medium supreme pan pizza, large pepperoni stuffed crust and an order of cinnamon sticks. Was supposed to be ready... at 7:20 didn?t get the order until 7:38. Pizzas were cold by the time we got home, we live on Broadway about 3/4 mile away fromthis location. Cinnamon sticks weren?t even cooked the whole way and were extremely cold. Read more
