We placed a pickup order about 35 minutes before and it took them another 30 minutes to get it ready. Then the guy said that... it's taken so long because they are trying to cut down on cost, so they only cook a little at a time. At this point the foodwas already paid for. Read more
The only reason I gave it one star is because there was not an option for ZERO. The order ahead app is a joke for this location.... I ordered an hour before we got there for a family meal and tenders and still had to wait for over 30 minute when we got there.And the staff member that was dealt with was an arrogant and condescending. Love popeyes but they hold you at the drive thru speaker until your food is ready so their times look good.
