Last Friday I decided to try Qdoba. I put together an order of $24 & selected curbside pickup. I put in all my cars info. It... told me to pull up between 12:04-12:14 for a pickup time. I showed up at exactly 12:04 & waited until 12:25 & called the store 2times. The phone rang forever & no one picked up. I wasn?t able to leave my car because I had my baby in my car. I was alsorunning out of time & had to be somewhere else. So after waiting outside parked directly in front of their store for over 20minutes, I had to drive off. The charge is still on my card & I have written in to their corporate & it?s nearly a week later &I?ve received no response to this issue & my bank is having to fully dispute the charge because I am unable to get a hold ofanyone through phone or email about the issue. I have called 4 different numbers claiming to be corporate & they have beennumbers to direct tv, Jack in the box, Verizon wireless, & the last one was actually their number but they only want you to sendin an email through their contact us option on their website which I believe I have done twice now. I?m really confused on how Icould get this screwed over on a curbside pickup order to a restaurant that seems to be doing so well for themselves. Read more
I just ordered a bowl at this location through door dash. I received a burrito even though it?s stated on the receipt a bowl was... ordered. I tipped the DoorDash driver pretty well due to gas prices and the fact I didn?t want to drive anywhere. I ordered foodfor a reason. I was in the middle of work. I was told on the phone I receive a refund at least for the purchase of meal. Thedriver brought me my food. She did her job. She didn?t touch my food or look in my bag as expected. When I got to the locationhaving now to use my own transportation in the middle of a work day. I was given the food I originally ordered but refused therefund. I don?t suggest ordering food out from this location. It will not be accurate and they will jot be accommodating. Read more

Yes! Customer service at its best! Qdoba is one of my cravings, and I always expect great service. This location certainly... didn?t disappoint today, 10/19/20 @ around 2:25pm! I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by one man behind the line.Then, I was tended to by a sweet, young lady. Finally, I was thanked and asked to return, by another gentlemen that I believewas the manger. My experience made food that I already enjoy, taste that much better. Thank you! ???? Read more
