I have been a loyal customer to Scooters. These last few weeks I have made my order my smoothie had chunks of ice and this... morning the young lady didn't even acknowledge my presence at the window. This is the best coffee shop in town. For a small place, the line moves quickly. The employees are extremely nice and always... look happy. I always get the Americana with heavy whipping cream and stevia (sometimes hot and sometimes iced) and it is good. Ihighly recommend stopping here. Read more

Scooters in Shawnee is the best! Their staff is incredibly friendly, great coffee, decent prices and FAST service! I?ve pulled... in where there is a line wrapped all the way around the corner into the street, and I was amazed how quickly it went. I?ve been to Scooters a few times, I like to get a feel of the place before I make an informed review. The customer service is... always stellar, which is great because it?s hard to find that now a days. The line always moves quick! The coffee is good but itdoesn?t matter what flavor of coffee I get, it all taste the same, it all tastes like sweetened espresso. The two breakfastsandwiches I?ve tried were delicious, but stay away from the breakfast burritos, Taco Bell makes better breakfast burritos. Thetortilla is gooey and the inside of the burrito is so soupy the egg looks like ground yellow meat. It was mediocre at best, Ifeel ripped off because I paid $4 for it and I only took one bite and couldn?t stomach the rest. I?ll probably stick to myregular coffee shop. Read more

The coffee itself is good, however, I wish I got the amount I paid for. I can?t have ice because I have sensitive teeth so I... always get no ice for traditionally iced drinks and have never had a problem but for some reason Scooter?s Coffee thinks thatmeans I only want half the amount of coffee. First time visiting the new location in our neighborhood. It is a cute little shop & they have cake pops. But when I ordered a... chai tea latte they informed us there is no espresso included in the latte and would I like to buy individual shots for the chaitea latte? What? ???? I had to pay extra to have espresso included in my latte, which is odd. This is the first coffee shopI?ve encountered that doesn?t serve espresso in their lattes. Correct me if I?m wrong but aren?t lattes espresso withsteamed/frothed milk? I even googled latte ingredients prior to posting this review. It says a latte is ?A type of coffee madewith espresso and hot steamed milk.? When I asked what was in Scooter?s regular lattes, the barista informed me it was juststeamed milk. Does Scooter?s sell all lattes without espresso or just the chai tea latte? A chai tea without espresso is just achai tea. A chai tea latte is a chai tea with espresso. Except at Scooter?s where drink ingredients are served a la cart. Ibought two shots for the hot chai tea latte and it was very good and had a great temperature for a hot chai. I?m unsure howmuch the drink cost after the requested two shots of espresso. I didn?t get a receipt but the total of the entire order was$12.15 for a medium chai tea with 2 shots of espresso, one cake pop, and an iced tea. We may go back because the items weregood, a bit pricey when individual shots have to be charged to get a complete drink. Read more
