Every time I go here I?m disappointed. The workers are not friendly. They take forever to get the food to you. And, when the... food does arrive it?s always cold and the order is never correct. It?s worth it to go clear across town to the other soniclocation. Read more
I work for door dash and even when the lobby is empty they take forever past your time to get your order out even if you arrive... early. The only reason it got 2 is because the food is decient. Read more
I love most Sonics, but this location has been bad all four years I?ve been at OkBU and has been getting worse every semester.... Their order accuracy is abysmal, and the ice cream they make is terrible. You?ll get a Blast and there?ll be about five piecesof candy on the top of the ice cream and *nothing* inside it. Today, I ordered on the app. I didn?t get any sauces and had tocall the lady back. When I got home, I realised they didn?t give me any fries. When I came back and showed them the receipt, thescreen clearly indicated that they heard me say ?I?m missing two medium fries? but they brought me a bag with only one and wereconfused as to why I still needed another box of fries.
